Decide if you are ready to sell.
Selling your home is usually one of the largest transactions in your life. Meet with me.
When you are looking at selling your property you want to make sure that you go with an agent that is an expert at marketing your property as well as negotiations. Even though these tips cover the overall process of selling a home there are more steps that need to be taken. I’ll be able to give you a full presentation on the process of selling your home as well as a fair market price for your home. This gives me a chance to look at the property as well as go over the other details of selling your property. The added advantage of actually seeing the property is that we can come up with a custom marketing plan that will use its strengths to the listing’s advantage.

Start marketing your property.
Many people make the mistake that the first and only step in marketing your property would be to list the property on the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®). However you have to keep in mind you are competing against the other properties on the market. If buyers are going to be looking at multiple properties there has to be a reason to look at your listing over the others. This is where the custom marketing plan would help showcase your property in a market where there are thousands of listings for potential buyers to look at.
Watch the offers come in.
If the property has been properly marketed and priced fairly you should begin receiving offers in no time. When the offers start coming in you can start determining whether or not you would want to move forward with them. During this process your REALTOR® will be able to answer any questions about the offers and provide input on the offers.
Complete the sale.
When you accept the offer that was in your best interest your deal is pending to any conditions that may be a part of the purchase agreement . When those conditions have been fulfilled and waived by the buyer the deal is firm. The last step is to get everything ready to go for possession and get all the paperwork finalized and funds allocated. The keys are released to the buyers once possession date arrives and the lawyers have completed the paperwork and the allocation of funds.
